REMOVAL 1. Attaching the clutch disc center tool(OK130 160 010) and the ring gear brake (OK590 111 001)  Kia Sportage AL (1993-2005) - замена сцепления.jpg   27.87К   7 Количество загрузок: 2. Loosen the clutch cover mounting bolts. Clutch cover is heavy and if not supported it will fall from vehicle when all the mounting bolts are removed.

INSTALLATION
1.
Clean the clutch disc splines and primary shaft splines, then apply clutch grease (Mori White TA No.2 or equivalent organic molybdenum grease).
2.
Hold clutch disc in place with clutch disc centering tool.

CLUTCH COVER
1.
With clutch disc held in place using SST(OK130 160 010), mount clutch cover over tool and install six bolts.

Tightening torque : 18~29 Nm(1.8~2.7 kg-m, 13lb-ft)

Remove centering tool and brake tools.
