Kia Pregio FP (1997 - 2004) - снятие и установка радиатора кондиционера
REPLACEMENT MAIN CONDENSER 1. Recover the refrigerant with a recovery/recycling/charging station. 2. Remove the main condenser fan(A) after loosing the bolts. 3. Remove the nuts, then disconnect the high flexible hose and liquid pipe from the main condenser. Plug or cap the lines immediately after disconnecting them to avoid moisture and dust contamination. Tightening torque : 7 ~ 11 N·m (0.7 ~ 1.1kg·m, 5.0 ~ 8.0 lb·ft) 1 copy.jpg 29.59К 10 Количество загрузок: 4. Remove the nuts, and then remove the main condenser by lifting it up. Be careful not to damage the condenser fins when removing the condenser. 5. Install in the reverse order of removal, and note these items : A. If you're installing a new condenser, add refrigerant oil. B. Replace the O-rings with new ones at each fitting, and apply a thin coat of refrigerant oil before installing them. Be sure to use the right O-rings for R-134a to avoid leakage. C. Be careful not to damage the radiator and condenser fins when installing the condenser. D. Be sure to install the lower mount cushions of condenser securely into the holes. E. Charge the system, and test its performance. SUB CONDENSER (J2, JT, JTA E/G) 1. Recover the refrigerant with a recovery/recycling/charging station. 2. Remove the nuts, and then disconnect the input liquid pipe (A) and output liquid pipe (B) from the sub condenser. Plug or cap the lines immediately after disconnecting them to avoid moisture and dust contamination.
